Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Keeta is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across new and existing markets. You will work closely with Product, Operations, Commercial, and Marketing teams to develop and execute localized growth strategies that boost order volume and customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute acquisition and retention campaigns, including promotions, seasonal initiatives, and merchant activation programs tailored to local market dynamics.
• Monitor and optimize key growth metrics such as CAC, conversion, retention, order volume, LTV, and ROI.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses, influencers, universities, and strategic organizations to increase brand awareness.
• Manage CRM initiatives across email, push notifications, SMS, and in‑app communications, leading A/B testing to improve effectiveness.
• Analyze market intelligence and competitor actions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in dashboards, Excel, SQL, Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Knowledge of CRM, customer lifecycle management, and marketing automation platforms.
• Proven ability to manage growth campaigns and performance‑marketing budgets.
• Results‑oriented, data‑driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Willingness to work on‑site in São Paulo.
