Growth Strategy Manager (Portuguese Speaker) - Buenos Aires

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Growth Strategy Manager fluent in Portuguese, based in Buenos Aires. The role is a key architect of Fever's expansion across the region: you will own the growth roadmap, define how the business model and partner portfolio are built, and lead projects and partners that drive success in Brazil. It sits at the intersection of data, marketing and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners, driving projects with strong impact on product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
• Act as lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, using Fever's data and technology to help them grow.
• Turn complex data into actionable business cases and take accountability for key metrics such as CAC, LTV and ROI.
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows so operations stay lean and efficient as the business scales.
• Work with regional stakeholders (Country and Regional General Managers) to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs.

Required profile

• At least 4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role, with a track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable growth; experience in strategy consulting, fast-growing startups or investment banking is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics or Strategy.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Buenos Aires.

Required skills

• Analytical skills: using data to make strategic decisions and tell convincing stories to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and disciplines.
• Preferred: proficiency in SQL, Python or R.
