Head of Operations

About the role

We are seeking a strategic leader to own the full partner growth lifecycle, from sign‑up to long‑term retention, at scale. You will define the operating model, set growth strategy across partner segments, and build the organization needed to expand into new markets while partnering closely with Product and Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision and operating model for partner self‑sign‑up, set success metrics, and improve onboarding efficiency.
• Develop differentiated growth strategies for partner segments and build systems that enable merchants to scale.
• Establish a partner health framework, drive churn prevention, and align cross‑functional retention programs.
• Lead the shift from manual, people‑heavy operations to scalable, product‑driven models in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Design team structure and operating cadence to support rapid expansion into new cities and markets.
• Set direction for AI adoption within merchant operations, identify high‑leverage AI opportunities, and build related capabilities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in platform operations or partner growth with a proven track record of strategy execution at scale.
• Experience building and leading large, geographically distributed teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and ability to translate ambiguous challenges into clear priorities.
• Senior‑level product‑operations partnership experience, influencing roadmap decisions.
• Executive presence and cross‑functional influence across operations, product, technology, and senior leadership.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
