Head of Sales – Brazil

About the role
Smartly is seeking a commercially driven, people‑focused leader to head sales across Brazil. You will combine strategic direction with hands‑on enterprise selling to expand Smartly’s footprint among the region’s largest advertisers and agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, fostering performance and collaboration.
- Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Brazil in line with regional growth priorities.
- Own and grow relationships with enterprise customers, including global brands operating in multiple markets.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close.
- Accurately forecast, manage pipeline health, and meet regional revenue targets.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Agency, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure customer outcomes and retention.
- Represent Smartly at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings across the region.
Required profile
- Strong experience leading enterprise sales in SaaS, advertising technology, digital media, or marketing technology environments.
- Proven track record managing and developing high‑performing sales teams in a growth‑oriented business.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals with senior decision‑makers.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising, media buying, performance marketing, and marketing automation.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
