Head of Sales - Country Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to drive the overall commercial strategy and operations for our software business in the country. The Head of Sales – Country Manager will align the company’s vision with market opportunities, ensure sustainable growth, and strengthen client relationships across the mid‑market segment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s vision, mission and commercial strategies in line with corporate objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability, focusing on mid‑market customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, acting as the primary executive contact for strategic accounts.
• Lead, motivate and develop the commercial team, overseeing recruitment, onboarding and coaching.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Development to ensure solutions meet market demands.
• Oversee financial and administrative operations to meet budgetary and profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and monitor regulatory changes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the software industry, preferably with enterprise software (ERP, CRM).
• Hands‑on experience selling and implementing ERP solutions is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
• Advanced English (mandatory); Spanish preferred.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions.
• Expertise with ERP platforms such as SAP.
