About the role

Clara, the fastest‑growing fintech in Latin America, is looking for a Head of Talent Attraction to lead its recruitment engine across the region. Based in São Paulo, you will shape the end‑to‑end talent attraction strategy, ensuring the company remains a top destination for high‑performing professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a recruitment roadmap aligned with Clara’s aggressive growth targets.
• Elevate employer branding and track measurable improvements in talent perception.
• Design and implement AI‑driven automation and workflow tools to streamline the hiring process.
• Partner directly with leadership and hiring managers, providing market intelligence for headcount and compensation planning.
• Serve as the power user for Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, optimizing the recruiting ecosystem.

• Proven experience leading talent acquisition strategies in high‑growth environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to recruitment operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
