Implementation Manager – Payments

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead cross‑functional payment processing projects for our customers in Brazil. You will act as the central point of contact, guiding customers through end‑to‑end implementation of electronic payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multi‑disciplinary team of technical and non‑technical experts from Mastercard and the client.
• Define scope, plan and execute processing implementation projects using Mastercard’s global methodology.
• Assess and document customer needs, impact on core and non‑core processing systems, and provide guidance to customer support staff.
• Conduct comprehensive end‑to‑end system impact analyses for multiple projects in parallel.
• Deliver internal and customer training on new payment processing workflows.

Required profile

• Strong background in information technology and network technologies.
• Deep understanding of electronic payment processes such as authorization, clearing and settlement.
• Experience interacting with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in a teaching environment.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently in a fast‑changing environment.
