Inbound Sales Representative – Gym Software (Base + Commission)

About the role

The world has changed and cash is dead. U.S. expats are encouraged to apply for an Inside Sales position focused on gym software solutions. You will convert inbound leads, generate new opportunities, and work closely with senior sales executives to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Convert a stream of inbound leads into new clients.
• Find new sales opportunities through web/phone hunting, former clients, and referrals via outbound cold calls and emails.
• Maintain and expand the prospect database in the CRM.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Assign qualified opportunities to senior sales executives for further development.
• Close sales and achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or Hubspot CRM (a plus).
• Strong English speaking skills.
• Reliable 50 Mbps internet connection for VOIP.
• PC with noise‑cancelling microphone headset.
• Experience as a Sales Representative/Associate.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Hubspot CRM, and Google Office Suite.
• Strong written and research skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
