Integrity Engineer – Offshore FPSO Operations

About the role

Yinson Brasil Serviços Ltda is looking for an Integrity Engineer to support on‑shore operations and ensure the safe, compliant operation of FPSO units and related equipment. The role focuses on planning, executing and overseeing inspection, testing and maintenance activities while driving risk‑based decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise NR 13 / SPIE compliance activities together with FPSO equipment inspectors, maintaining official books, calibration certificates, inspection reports and audit records.
• Manage internal and external inspection schedules, coordinating with operations managers to align inspections with shutdown plans.
• Lead the design and delivery of training programmes for equipment inspectors, operators and technicians.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date equipment master list reflecting status and compliance.
• Define testing, measurement, replacement, repair and modification schedules in line with written procedures.
• Verify and witness performance testing of safety valves and other safety‑critical equipment.
• Conduct audits of equipment manufacturers to support supplier qualification and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal Yinson teams, clients and contractors to ensure transparent communication and alignment on compliance requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support company goals and regulatory compliance.
