International Auditor – Step UP Program

About the role

Join Nestlé Internal Audit’s Step UP program as an International Auditor and contribute to independent assurance and advisory work across Nestlé’s global businesses. You will be part of a diverse, international team that assesses risks, evaluates controls, and provides insights to support informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver risk‑based audits and advisory reviews across business units, factories, head offices, and end‑to‑end processes worldwide.
• Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and controls to protect and create business value.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, internal policies and standards.
• Safeguard the integrity of reporting, confidentiality of information, and protection of assets.
• Identify opportunities for control enhancement and process improvement.
• Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Motivation to develop audit, risk‑management, and leadership capabilities.
