IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst

About the role

Nexlence is looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst to join its technology team. The role combines hands‑on network administration, server management, and IT operations across multiple sites, supporting the company’s AI‑driven CX platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line helpdesk support and perform routine IT maintenance.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain monitoring solutions such as Zabbix, Prometheus or PRTG.
• Lead or support IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Configure and manage data‑center network infrastructure, including routers, switches and firewalls.
• Allocate and optimise IT resources across several locations.
• Assist in vendor selection and procurement of hardware and software.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and listening).
• Technical knowledge at CCNA level (certification a plus).
• Proven experience in helpdesk support and IT maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to set up and execute IT projects, preferably in a lead role.
• Capability to work independently in complex, distributed environments.

Required skills

• Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Server implementation and ongoing management.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG, Prometheus).
• Strong understanding of data‑center network architecture, routers, switches and firewalls.
• PowerShell scripting for automation (optional).
