Junior Commercial Analyst

About the role

The Junior Commercial Analyst will support Sephora Brazil’s Commercial team in driving performance across offline and online channels. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure accurate reporting, smooth execution of commercial initiatives, and effective operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support weekly and monthly sell‑in and sell‑out analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Consolidate and maintain KPI dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Monitor stock levels to flag potential shortages or overstock situations.
• Assist in preparing business reviews and presentation decks.
• Coordinate product registration and setup with internal teams and the Commercial intern.
• Help execute the commercial calendar, including launches, promotions, and animations.
• Facilitate information flow between Commercial, Marketing, Retail, and external stakeholders.
• Track e‑commerce performance on Sephora.com.br and support related reporting.
• Support Brow Bar service tracking, appointments, productivity metrics, and operational tools (Booxi, Google My Business, Yext).
• Assist with material organization, shipments, invoice tracking, and day‑to‑day commercial operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in commercial, sales or business analysis (internship or entry‑level).
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands‑on, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and at least intermediate English.
