Junior Communication Designer

About the role

CI&T is looking for a Junior Communication Designer to support the creation of high‑quality creative assets that reinforce the CI&T brand across North America. The role works closely with Brand, Marketing, Content, Events and Sales teams and leverages AI‑powered design tools to accelerate production.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality assets for digital, print and social channels, including presentations, email graphics, digital ads, infographics, case studies, event materials and marketing collateral.
• Adapt global brand assets for North American campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare production‑ready files for both digital and print execution and develop reusable templates.
• Create visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns, event signage, presentation graphics, digital displays and motion graphics.
• Produce visual support for executive events, conferences and thought‑leadership programs.
• Build visual assets for websites, landing pages and email campaigns, organize layouts using CMS block components and optimize for responsive design and accessibility.
• Support sales enablement by designing presentations, proposal graphics, customer stories and executive communications.
• Leverage AI‑powered creative tools to speed up ideation, image creation and presentation design while maintaining brand standards.

Required profile

• Junior‑level designer with a strong portfolio of digital and print work.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong eye for detail and consistency across multiple touchpoints.
• Interest in emerging AI design technologies and willingness to adopt new tools.
• Proactive attitude toward maintaining brand guidelines and improving creative processes.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑assisted design tools (e.g., generative image or layout assistants).
• Proficiency in CMS platforms such as HubSpot, Drupal or Webflow for content updates.
• Ability to prepare production‑ready files for print and digital distribution.
