Junior Software Engineer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join a paid, fully remote AI training program serving Latin America. In this asynchronous role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the AI model. No prior AI experience is required, making it ideal for developers looking for flexible, project‑based work.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
