Junior Software Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. You will work asynchronously, reviewing AI‑generated code, rating responses, and creating coding challenges that help improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to enhance AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
