Junior Software Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Junior Software Engineer to join our fully‑remote team. You will contribute to a data‑intensive platform that processes petabytes of information for customers such as Google, Amazon and Facebook. The role is flexible and will be shaped around the technologies you enjoy most.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications, data pipelines and machine‑learning tooling.
• Write clean, production‑ready code in Python, Rust, SQL and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaborate with the team to design, test and deploy features multiple times per day.
• Participate in database schema design, scaling PostgreSQL instances and improving CI/CD workflows.
• Help troubleshoot infrastructure on Linux servers and contribute to our Nix‑based environment.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic programmer who enjoys solving complex technical problems.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team.
• Willingness to learn new languages and tools quickly.
