Junior Software Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this role you will review AI‑generated code, rate responses for accuracy and quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the AI models. The work is fully asynchronous and project‑based, making it ideal for developers looking for flexible, remote engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for correctness, efficiency, and best‑practice adherence.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
