About the role
AB InBev’s Growth Group is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Analyst to support full‑cycle recruitment for technology and business positions. Based in Campinas, you will work on‑site with a global People team, helping to match great talent with high‑impact roles across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for tech roles, ensuring a smooth, candidate‑centered experience.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and team context.
- Create and publish job descriptions using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Screen resumes with keyword and competency criteria to identify top talent.
- Source candidates through Boolean search, networking, hunting, and market mapping.
- Lead competency‑based and cultural‑fit interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide structured feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage offer processes and ensure alignment with candidate expectations and company guidelines.
- Track recruitment pipelines, maintain data accuracy, and deliver weekly status reports to hiring managers.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to recruitment tools and processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to technology positions.
