About the role
Kaizen Gaming is looking for a Key Account Executive to manage high‑net‑worth customers in the Brazilian market. The role focuses on proactively engaging individual customers throughout their lifecycle to drive growth, activity, and responsible gambling practices.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of the assigned customer segment and ensure rewards are delivered according to business requirements.
- Identify customers at different lifecycle stages (new, churning, lapsed, returning, big winners) and take timely actions to stimulate activity.
- Plan, execute, and report on campaigns and bulk actions aimed at high‑value customers.
- Assess segment performance, spot trends, and act on insights.
- Handle ad‑hoc tasks and projects related to high‑value customers.
- Use predictive modeling to discover and onboard potential new key accounts.
- Build comprehensive customer profiles covering playing behaviours, preferences, and dislikes.
- Ensure compliant communications, including health checks, responsible gambling, and affordability calls.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Account Services, and Customer Support to maintain a safe gambling environment.
- Represent the voice of key accounts, providing feedback and ideas to improve the overall experience.
- Work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a customer‑facing environment; experience with key customer service is a plus.
- Native‑level proficiency in Portuguese.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends on a rotation system.
