About the role
We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead our commercial strategy in the construction sector. The role focuses on building long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships with key clients, driving value creation and expanding market share.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen the Guardian‑Client relationship with an emphasis on long‑term value.
- Gain deep insight into client businesses and collaborate across functions to generate demand and value‑added solutions.
- Create and execute strategies to meet KPIs such as profitability, price, product mix and volume.
- Increase market share and share of wallet according to the defined strategy.
- Engage with supply‑chain partners to support demand generation.
- Deliver presentations on market trends and product offerings.
- Maintain client and visit data in the CRM system.
- Travel as required to meet client needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (completed).
- Proven experience in sales or customer‑facing roles.
- Advanced English proficiency and strong interpersonal communication.
- Proactive drive to exceed targets and work effectively in a team.
Required skills
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis.
