Key Account Manager - LATAM Roaming & Wholesale Services

About the role

The Key Account Manager will join the BICS LATAM Sales Team, operating remotely from any city in Brazil. The role focuses on developing and expanding commercial relationships with Mobile Network Operators across Latin America, with a primary emphasis on Brazil, for international roaming and carrier services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage commercial relationships with Mobile Operators across LATAM, especially Brazil.
• Promote and sell Proximus Global’s portfolio of International Roaming and International Carrier Services.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts and prospects.
• Maintain strong relationships with Roaming, Wholesale, Interconnect, and Procurement teams within mobile operators.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and strategic business initiatives.
• Coordinate with technical, legal, finance, product, and operational teams to ensure successful service implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to proactively identify growth opportunities.
• Support cross‑selling initiatives across the broader Proximus Global portfolio.
• Represent Proximus Global at industry events such as GSMA meetings, WAS, and MWC.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of proven experience selling International Roaming and/or International Carrier Services to Mobile Network Operators.
• Extensive industry network and deep market knowledge of the LATAM telecom sector.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while coordinating with internal multidisciplinary teams.
