Lead Fullstack Engineer

About the role

Inallmedia is seeking a Lead Fullstack Engineer to join a high‑traffic Hiring Events Platform. The role is fully remote, focused on LATAM talent, and requires close collaboration with client support and GTM teams during live events.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and deploy microservices and user interfaces built with Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django, React, and GraphQL.
• Tri­age, debug, and resolve high‑priority production incidents in real time, ensuring platform stability.
• Monitor production systems, respond to performance alerts, and manage event‑processing logic using Apache Kafka and analytics tools such as Dagster or Amazon Athena.
• Provide technical leadership: onboard and mentor engineers, coordinate deliveries, drive code merges, and manage releases with full autonomy.
• Partner with Client Support and GTM teams to meet SLAs and maintain high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven technical leadership.
• Strong hands‑on experience building web applications with React.
• Fluent English for daily communication and documentation.
• Experience working in Agile remote environments.
