About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our Brazil office. The position is focused on commercial dispute and litigation matters, providing essential legal support to the business. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment and will be expected to exercise strong legal and commercial judgment. Collaboration with internal teams and a commitment to efficiency and hard work are key to success in this role.

Key responsibilities

Manage and lead commercial dispute and litigation cases for the organization.
Provide timely legal advice on commercial matters and potential risks.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal strategies align with business objectives.

Required profile

Qualified lawyer with at least 8 years of post‑qualification experience in commercial dispute/litigation at a leading reputable law firm.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment.
Excellent legal and commercial judgment.
Strong team player who is efficient and hardworking.
