Local Account Management

About the role

Expeditors is seeking a proactive professional to lead and grow local customer accounts. You will be responsible for delivering tailored logistics solutions, enhancing service quality, and expanding our share of each client’s business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and measure product and service deliverables for assigned customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement and tactical improvements.
• Increase annual share of customer business through proactive relationship management.
• Understand global customers' profiles, needs and expectations.
• Retain existing business while pursuing new global development opportunities.
• Build strategic, mutually beneficial relationships worldwide.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent business qualification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding or at Expeditors.
• Strong presentation, analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to meet KPI requirements.
• Charismatic with strong connection skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Valid driver’s license (desirable).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (desirable).
