Logistics & Distribution Assistant

About the role

Teleflex is seeking a Logistics & Distribution Assistant to support its Global Operations team. The role focuses on inbound, warehouse, and outbound logistics activities, ensuring smooth product flow from receipt to delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Process goods receipts and manage inbound transportation.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, track deliveries, and update SAP with shipment and stock information.
• Handle reverse logistics and inventory management tasks.
• Verify storage location transfers and support warehouse best‑practice monitoring.
• Create logistics reports and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on joint projects and process enhancements.
