Logistics Internship – In‑person (Itajubá, MG)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated student to join our logistics team at Helibras in Itajubá, Brazil. The internship is on‑site, 30 hours per week, and offers the chance to work on process‑optimization projects and support daily logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in projects aimed at optimizing logistics processes and driving innovation.
• Assist the logistics department with routine tasks and data entry in the system.
• Support the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of controls and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and update control spreadsheets and respond to internal and external customer requests.
• Contribute to import and export transportation activities, including documentation and coordination.
• Attend department meetings and propose solutions to meet client needs.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration or a related field.
• Available to work on‑site in Itajubá for at least 30 hours per week, for a minimum of two years.
• Internal candidates must comply with the company’s “Golden Rule” policy.
