Logistics Station Leader – Delivery Operations

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Logistics Station Leader to manage a high‑volume delivery station in João Pessoa, Brazil. You will oversee end‑to‑end last‑mile operations, ensuring safety, quality, and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all station activities with full accountability for safety, quality, performance, and people development.
• Develop and coach Shift Managers and their teams, setting clear expectations and measuring results.
• Manage a 24/7 operation, coordinating with multiple Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and reporting metrics to senior leadership.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement projects that can be scaled across Amazon’s network.
• Build and execute a talent plan covering hiring, performance management, learning, succession, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with Transport & Sortation, Finance, HR, Loss Prevention, and Engineering to secure resources for strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Flexible availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
