Marketing Activation Specialist – Abrasives Division

About the role

Join 3M's Abrasives Division as a Marketing Activation Specialist and drive the execution of Brazil's marketing plan in line with global strategy. You will work with cross‑functional teams to generate demand, increase market penetration, and deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of the Marketing Plan for Brazil, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
• Manage the marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
• Monitor performance, refine tactics, and replicate best practices to accelerate sales.
• Conduct demand planning based on programs and product portfolios.
• Coordinate with sales, commercial operations, and channel partners to ensure strategy penetration.
• Present results and action plans to local and global leadership.
• Represent LATAM as Program Leader, aligning information, strategy, and materials.
• Implement digital lead‑generation actions and support B2B end‑to‑end models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing disciplines (pricing, portfolio, channel, communication).
• At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on business results.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
