Marketing Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Growth Manager to own the growth strategy for Monee’s financial products. You will design and execute campaigns, work closely with marketing and operations teams, and use data to optimise product performance and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the growth strategy for financial products, focusing on high‑impact initiatives and campaigns.
• Plan, launch and manage marketing campaigns in collaboration with adjacent teams.
• Analyse product and campaign performance, delivering data‑driven recommendations for improvements and future initiatives.
• Conduct ad‑hoc benchmarking to monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience in a startup, venture‑capital or company‑building environment; background in marketing, business development or project management is a plus.
