Marketing Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Growth Manager to lead the full marketing and growth agenda for Monee. You will own strategy, targets, budget and KPI governance, integrating product marketing, growth, CRM and brand to drive scaling and relevance in Brazil’s e‑commerce and fintech landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy, allocate budget and set performance targets.
• Coordinate product marketing, growth, CRM and brand activities into a unified system.
• Govern KPIs such as customer growth, CAC, activation, retention and marketing ROI.
• Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions and go‑to‑market plans.
• Own the customer growth engine across acquisition, conversion, activation and scaling.
• Adapt global brand strategy to the local market and engage with customers, partners and media.
• Lead and mentor other people managers within the Marketing & Growth vertical.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in marketing or growth roles within fintech or e‑commerce.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
