Marketing Manager – Innovation & Strategy

About the role

Tetra Pak is looking for a forward‑thinking Marketing Manager to join its São Paulo team. You will drive innovative marketing strategies, collaborate across functions, and help shape the future of sustainable packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and emerging industry trends.
• Serve as the main interface with customers' marketing teams, leading joint plan implementation and delivering results.
• Conduct in‑depth market research to translate customer insights into actionable product and service enhancements.
• Partner with product development teams to bring new, innovative solutions to market.
• Protect and elevate Tetra Pak’s brand identity through consistent messaging and positioning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver effective marketing initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the marketing team, encouraging creativity and rapid adoption of new technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus).
• Proven experience in branding, marketing strategy and product development with a focus on innovation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
• Strong project‑management track record delivering results on time.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
