Marketing & Sales Campaigns - LATAM Manager

About the role

As the Marketing & Sales Campaigns – LATAM Manager, you will lead the design, execution, and optimisation of strategic marketing and sales campaigns across Latin America. You will drive revenue growth, enhance brand value, and ensure consistent messaging across direct‑to‑consumer, B2B, and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch seasonal and sales campaigns (e.g., Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Samsung.com anniversary) aligned with regional and corporate objectives.
• Adapt campaign assets for each Latin American market and achieve full implementation across all countries.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, B2B, Samsung.com, and other support functions to integrate marketing initiatives.
• Use data‑driven insights to optimise performance, targeting measurable outcomes such as sales growth and market share.
• Maintain uniform brand communication across the region, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure cost‑effective and on‑brand execution.
• Consolidate and analyse campaign data, providing actionable recommendations and performance reports.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to regional leadership.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and execute large‑scale marketing campaigns in Latin America.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Track record of delivering revenue‑focused results.
