Mid Level Alteryx Systems Analyst – 180-Day Fixed Term

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Alteryx Systems Analyst to support Bosch’s global Data & Analytics platform. The role focuses on day‑to‑day operational management of the Alteryx environment, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily health checks, system monitoring and verify the status of Alteryx servers.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, group assignments and project‑level access.
• Support content management by promoting, deleting and organizing workflows and data sources.
• Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled data refreshes, resolving failures promptly.
• Respond to incidents such as server outages or dashboard loading issues following runbooks and escalation procedures.
• Track and report KPIs and resource utilization using monitoring tools.
• Assist with scheduled maintenance tasks including restarts, clean‑up and log management.
• Maintain and update operational documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with senior administrators and client IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Test product enhancements and provide knowledge transfer to users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems or related field.
• Practical experience in IT operations or administrative roles.
• Hands‑on experience administering Alteryx or similar business analytics servers.
• Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems and basic operational checks.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic) and ticketing systems.
• Strong attention to operational procedures and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
