Mid Level Android Developer / AI Agents

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Android Developer who will also work with AI agents to modernize a large‑scale SuperApp. The role is based in the Campinas Metropolitan Region and follows a hybrid attendance policy, allowing collaboration both on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin for a high‑traffic SuperApp.
• Integrate AI agents and AI‑assisted development practices to streamline engineering workflows.
• Apply Spec‑Driven Development (SDD) throughout the software lifecycle.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Use DevOps tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira for CI/CD and monitoring.
• Contribute to platform modernization while preserving existing functionality and improving user journeys.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges independently and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Solid professional experience in Android development with Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and experience building AI agents for software engineering.
• Familiarity with Spec‑Driven Development and multi‑repo environments.
• Ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate effectively in agile teams.
