Mid-Level Python Automation Analyst

About the role

As a Mid‑Level Python Automation Analyst at Bosch Group, you will design and maintain backend applications that streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams in a global environment to deliver secure, robust, and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Python.
• Create automations to reduce manual tasks and boost efficiency.
• Design, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Integrate solutions with corporate systems, databases, and external platforms.
• Analyze existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and propose improvements.
• Gather requirements from users and stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, well‑documented code and develop automated tests.
• Investigate bugs, perform troubleshooting, and implement hot‑fixes.
• Participate in technical definition and solution architecture discussions.
• Document applications, processes, integrations, and operational procedures.
• Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous evolution of tools.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of Python programming and backend development.
• Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, and Django.
• Hands‑on experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and clean‑code practices.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
• Proficiency with Git and version‑control workflows.
• Experience with unit testing, error handling, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and automation scripting.
• Fluent English communication skills.
