Mid-Level Sales Controlling Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Sales Controlling Analyst to join Bosch Group in Campinas, Brazil. The analyst will act as a Dispute Processor, supporting our America’s business and North America customers by handling payment discrepancies and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Research and reconcile partial payments, deductions, disputed balances and overdue invoices.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers on payment discrepancies and account‑related inquiries.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on disputes such as warranty claims, returns, pricing variances, quantity gaps and short payments.
• Collect, review and validate supporting documentation from internal teams, customer portals and external partners.
• Create and manage work‑on items, process debit and credit memos according to company policies.
• Support nominal value adjustments and account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
• Assist Accounts Receivable, pricing and compliance audits with documentation and analysis.
• Participate in AR review meetings, escalation discussions and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Plant Finance and other stakeholders.
• Monitor dispute trends and propose process improvements to boost customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with accounts receivable, dispute resolution, deductions management, collections and financial reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis and reporting).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SAP ERP, especially modules related to Accounts Receivable, Dispute Management or Order‑to‑Cash.
