Monitor(a) Escolar

About the role

The school is looking for a dedicated Monitor to ensure the safety, discipline and well‑being of students within the campus. The role involves supervising student behavior, preventing conflicts and supporting teachers and administrative staff in maintaining a harmonious learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor student behavior throughout the school premises.
• Guide students to follow disciplinary rules and school policies.
• Accompany pupils during entry, exit, breaks and class transitions.
• Prevent risky or conflict situations and intervene when necessary.
• Assist in organizing queues, events and school activities.
• Report any relevant incidents to the coordination team.
• Collaborate with teachers, coordinators and other staff members.

Required profile

• Completed high school education.
• Previous experience in a school environment or public service (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, ethical conduct and firmness.
• Ability to interact with children and teenagers with empathy and authority.
• Availability to work full‑time (44 hours per week).
