National Distribution Manager – Monogastrics (São Paulo)

About the role

As the National Distribution Manager (Monogastrics) you will join DSM-Firmenich’s Solutions business within Animal Nutrition & Health. You will lead strategic distributor partnerships across Brazil and LATAM, driving growth, profitability and market expansion for monogastric animal nutrition products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic distributor partnerships throughout Brazil and LATAM.
• Drive sales growth, profitability and market expansion through effective channel management.
• Lead joint business planning and execution with distribution partners to meet commercial objectives.
• Monitor commercial KPIs, sales forecasts and pipeline performance to ensure targets are achieved.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical and other internal teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement channel optimisation initiatives to maximise market reach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, Animal Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and distributor/channel management.
• Strong commercial negotiation, relationship management and business development skills.
• Experience managing strategic accounts, commercial KPIs and sales performance.
• Previous people‑management experience.
• Native‑level Portuguese and professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders.
