Operations Engineer – Technical & Commercial Projects

About the role

The Operations Engineer will prepare and execute technical and commercial proposals for spare parts, training, site services and repairs, while delivering Lifecycle Services projects in line with defined scopes. Acting as the bridge between project execution teams and the aftermarket, the role supports installation, commissioning and start‑up activities on‑site and ensures all deliverables meet technical, schedule and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals related to spare parts, training, site services and repairs.
• Execute Lifecycle Services projects, adhering to scope, schedule and quality requirements.
• Serve as liaison between project execution teams and aftermarket functions.
• Support installation, commissioning and start‑up activities at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interface with engineering, operations, customers and suppliers to align expectations.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to satisfy customer requirements.
• Maintain relationships with customers and partners, identifying service opportunities within the installed base.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in engineering, services, project execution or tendering activities.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP system.
