Operations Manager

About the role

CloudKitchens is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day running of our smart kitchen facilities in Sao Paulo. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient order fulfillment, high‑quality service, and financial performance across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve order fulfillment processes with a focus on efficiency.
• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing hourly team that executes facility operations and order execution.
• Maintain strict adherence to SOPs covering cleanliness, safety and customer service.
• Own the facility P&L, monitor budgets, control expenses and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Support customer onboarding, resolve on‑site issues and coordinate with 3PL partners.
• Collaborate with product, sales and other stakeholders to shape roadmaps and handle escalations.
• Ensure compliance with all local permits, building codes and food‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading end‑to‑end operations.
• Proven track record managing multi‑site or large‑format operations.
• Strong operational discipline and execution mindset.
• Experience building and coaching frontline teams, including managers and supervisors.
• Hands‑on field presence, comfortable spending significant time on site.
• Solid financial management experience, including budget ownership and performance reporting.
