Paid Media Strategist - High-Performance Accounts

About the role

Cosmo5 is seeking a highly driven Paid Media Strategist to lead performance‑driven campaigns for iconic luxury brands. You will own the full funnel, from strategy and execution to client communication, in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full‑funnel paid media strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
• Optimize campaigns continuously with a focus on efficiency, scale and measurable impact.
• Manage budget allocation, pacing and forecasting with precision.
• Analyze performance data deeply and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead client conversations, presenting results, insights and strategic advice.
• Identify growth opportunities, testing ideas and innovative approaches.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure best‑in‑class execution.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on paid media experience (agency background a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and able to make fast, smart decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort in client‑facing situations.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
