Partnership Development Manager – Brazil (English Required)

About the role

We are looking for a Partnership Development Manager to lead the growth of our Food SaaS business in Brazil. You will be responsible for building and managing a network of external partners who sell our restaurant digitalisation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard third‑party channel partners such as agents, VARs and ecosystem partners.
• Enable partners with training, resources and joint go‑to‑market plans.
• Manage ongoing relationships, monitor performance and drive revenue targets.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and sales teams to align offerings with partner needs.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine partnership strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel or partnership sales, preferably in SaaS or restaurant technology.
• Strong network and knowledge of the Brazilian restaurant market.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and Portuguese.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
