Partnership Development Manager – Brazil (English Required)

About the role

We are looking for a Partnership Development Manager to lead the expansion of our Food SaaS solutions across Brazil. Reporting to the Resell Team lead, you will build and manage a network of third‑party partners who sell our restaurant digitalisation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard channel partners such as restaurant hardware providers, value‑added resellers and ecosystem partners.
• Develop partnership agreements and enable partners with training, sales tools and ongoing support.
• Monitor partner performance, set revenue targets and drive joint growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and operations teams to tailor solutions for local restaurant markets.
• Provide market feedback and help shape the go‑to‑market strategy for Brazil.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B partnership or channel sales, preferably in the restaurant or SaaS sector.
• Strong understanding of the Brazilian restaurant landscape and local business culture.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and native‑level Portuguese.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
