Payroll Analyst – LATAM Region

About the role

The Payroll Analyst will support bi‑weekly and monthly payroll processing for over 3,000 employees across the United States and Canada, ensuring accurate calculations, compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and timely delivery of pay.

Key responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly payroll runs, including special compensation, commissions and bonuses.
• Maintain and reconcile payroll reports, year‑end procedures and W‑2 filings for multi‑state employees.
• Handle mandatory and voluntary deductions, garnishments, direct deposit requests and 401(k) loans.
• Respond to unemployment inquiries and other payroll‑related data requests.
• Document procedures, update records and prepare ad‑hoc reports for management.
• Counsel employees on payroll issues and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum six years of direct payroll experience.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to multitask accurately under deadline pressure.
• Extreme attention to detail.

Required skills

• Workday payroll system (preferred).
• Microsoft Office suite.
• General payroll software proficiency.
