Payroll Analyst – Nova Lima, Brazil

About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join its Nova Lima team. You will manage the complete monthly payroll cycle for a large, complex organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Brazilian labor laws, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process full‑cycle payroll, including fixed, variable and prorated payments for new hires, terminations and leaves.
• Calculate and remit statutory deductions such as INSS, IRRF, FGTS, union dues, loan repayments and benefits contributions.
• Prepare and submit mandatory reports (e‑Social, DCTF‑web, etc.) and maintain labor liability provisions.
• Handle terminations, off‑boarding, and homologation processes in line with CLT regulations.
• Administer vacations, collective holidays and all types of leaves, ensuring correct payroll integration.
• Coordinate with HR accounting to record provisions in financial statements and support internal/external audits.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in high‑volume payroll operations within Brazil.
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) and related compliance requirements.
• Graduate degree in any field with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and maintain resilience under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with ADP payroll systems (preferred).
