About the role
The Personal Assistant to the CEO will ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks and boost overall productivity. This proactive, highly organized individual will support the CEO in managing time, communications, and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, prepare documentation and ensure timely follow‑up on commitments.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
- Assist in project management activities, coordinate meetings and maintain confidentiality.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, flexible mindset and willingness to work additional hours when needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
