Planning Coordinator – Supply Chain

About the role

Vertiv is seeking a dynamic Planning Coordinator to join its supply chain team in Sorocaba, Brazil. The role focuses on coordinating demand planning, material requirements, and ensuring product availability in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate demand planning and material requirements using MRP tools.
• Manage purchase orders and planning data with high accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Support internal and external stakeholders, including direct customer interactions.
• Analyze data to identify and implement improvements in planning processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and overall supply‑chain efficiency.
• Own planning activities and assist with key projects.

Required profile

• Experience in planning, supply‑chain, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• High sense of responsibility, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Customer‑oriented approach with experience using data and reporting tools.
• English proficiency at B2 level (mandatory).
