Plant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing site in Três Corações, Minas Gerais. You will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, ensuring production continuity, quality, cost efficiency, safety, and meeting customer commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive overall plant performance and operational discipline.
• Maintain production continuity while controlling costs and ensuring high quality.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across production, quality, supply chain, EHS, HR, and finance.
• Monitor and improve plant KPIs, productivity, and safety indicators.
• Work closely with the shop floor to manage operational complexity and execute problem‑solving initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
• Strong background in heavy manufacturing, automotive, metal‑mechanic or CNC machining environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence at all organizational levels.
• Solid understanding of plant KPIs, cost management, productivity, quality and safety metrics.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to be based in Três Corações or commute from nearby locations.
