Pre-Sales Data and AI Architect

About the role

As a Data & AI Technical Architect you will be the senior field specialist guiding customers through the evaluation, implementation, and expansion of Salesforce Data 360, Agentforce, and the broader enterprise data and AI ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Share a clear point of view on enterprise data and AI, integrating agents, data platforms, CRM, trust, identity, workflow, governance, and adoption.
• Partner with sellers and solution teams to uncover real customer problems, shape technical strategy, and validate feasibility and cost.
• Lead architectural discussions covering Data 360, Agentforce, data structures, AI readiness, identity management, governance, integration, and automation.
• Build confidence through demos, prototypes, proofs of concept, reference patterns, and architectural walkthroughs.
• Continuously scan emerging technologies and translate field learnings into reusable assets, enablement, best practices, and product feedback.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in technical architecture, enterprise architecture, solution engineering, consulting, or related fields in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to shape technical strategy, validate solutions, and connect business needs to technology decisions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data, AI, integration, governance, security, privacy, and platform architecture concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex technical ideas for executive and technical audiences.

• MuleSoft, Tableau, Informatica, or broader Salesforce Platform
• Modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, RedShift
• Conversational AI, voice‑enabled AI agents, real‑time voice orchestration
• Python programming and AI‑assisted development pipelines
