Product Content Specialist

About the role

3M is seeking a Product Content Specialist to manage and enrich product marketing data for the Brazilian market. You will work with global teams to ensure product information is accurate, complete, and reusable throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update product records in the GPIM/Hybris system, ensuring data quality across all lifecycle stages.
• Support digital product initiatives by coordinating timelines, aligning stakeholders, and delivering on schedule.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, e‑commerce, and digital operations to optimize catalog structures and identify growth opportunities.
• Identify and implement process improvements, follow data governance standards, and resolve issues independently.
• Prioritize tasks based on business and customer impact, and produce actionable reports and insights.

Required profile

• Strong written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of the Global Product Hierarchy and basic product content environments.
• Ability to work with low supervision across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel (large data sets, formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP).
• Experience with GPIM/Hybris product content system.
• Familiarity with SAP, Adobe or similar enterprise systems.
